Practice areas

Built in a Nevada practice, for the work Nevada firms actually file.

The engine is general, and the corpus and rule handling cover Nevada statewide. What differs by practice area is how deep the drafting templates go. Here is where they are deepest, and where they are not.

Built here

Every area on this page came out of the founders’ own filings.

Nothing here is a generic template library. The drafting patterns, the exhibit conventions and the deadline rules were written against work the founders’ firm actually filed and argued.

Family law

Custody and modification, support, contempt, financial disclosure and opposition practice, through trial and on appeal.

Criminal law

Discovery review across large productions, suppression and pretrial motions, trial materials, and sentencing, from arraignment through appeal.

Personal injury

From prelitigation through demand, trial and appeal: demand packages, medical chronologies, lien letters and HIPAA authorizations, assembled from the record rather than retyped from it.

Business litigation

Complaints and answers, contract and fiduciary claims, discovery motions, exhibit sets built from the production, and dispositive briefing.

Probate and guardianship

Petitions, accountings, objections to a commissioner’s report and recommendation, will and trust contests, and no-contest disputes.

General civil litigation

Motion practice, discovery motions and oppositions, exhibit sets and record cites.

Appeals

Opening and answering briefs, appendices in cite order, the table of authorities checked in both directions, and the prefiling candor pass under NRAP formatting rules.

Not a fit

Where we will tell you to spend the money elsewhere.

Transactional practices with little litigation

The engine’s value is concentrated in record-heavy, deadline-driven work. A practice that rarely files loses most of it.

Firms wanting a research subscription replacement alone

The corpus is included, but it is not the reason to buy this. If research is all you need, this is an expensive way to get it.

Firms unwilling to keep a machine in the office

Everything here follows from the appliance being on your own network. There is no cloud version, and there will not be one.

Tell us what your practice files.

If it is not a fit we will say so on the first call. That is cheaper for both of us than a demo that goes nowhere.
