The things firms push back on.

It is about twenty thousand dollars, up front.
Fifteen for the license, four to five for the hardware, paid once. There is no payment plan — offering terms would mean raising the price to cover the financing, and we would rather quote the real number. Against a six person firm on a per seat subscription, five years runs $35,640 and never stops. This stops. Most firms treat it the way they treat a server or a copier.
It cannot promise the AI never invents an authority.
No one can promise that, so the design does not rely on it. Every assertion is shown with the passage and page it rests on, and anything the record does not support reads not found with what was searched named. You are not asked to trust the output. You are shown the evidence and left to judge it.
It replaces work, not your other software.
Files stay in the storage you already pay for and come out as Word documents — nothing here asks you to move your practice management, email, or calendar. What it does replace is the annual climb: no tier to upgrade into, no feature held back for a higher plan, no renewal letter raising the price on work you already paid for.
Nobody at the firm has to be technical.
You order the hardware. We arrive, unbox it, and set it up in your office. After that what you see is a folder and a document. Every drafting format in it is one a founder files himself, which is why pleadings come out in the form the court actually expects rather than a generic template's idea of it.
Do not take the time savings on faith.
Before it reached another firm, DilloLex was tested against hundreds of one founder's own cases. Three real Nevada appeals were then timed, with the attorney revision time listed beside the engine time. The numbers are on the accuracy page, along with what was not measured.
Ask us what it does badly.
There are practices we will tell you not to buy this. A transactional firm that rarely files loses most of the value, and we would rather say so on the first call.
Every vendor has oversold you before.
We cannot argue our way out of that, so we would rather be checkable than convincing. Bring a deidentified folder to the call and watch it run on your own material instead of our sample. Every figure on this site is sourced on the page it appears, and where one is an estimate it says so. Whether an authority is still good law reads zero, because the system does not make that judgment and the interface will not imply it does.

Every answer shows its work.

Other tools hand you a citation and a link. You then open the file, scroll, and hope. DilloLex puts the quoted passage in front of you with its page number, so checking it takes a second and therefore actually happens. Below is a sample matter.
