Privacy Policy

How DilloLex handles information collected through this website. Last updated: June 14, 2026.

This policy covers the dillolex.com marketing website only. It does not govern the DilloLex appliance that runs in your office, which is operated by the purchasing law firm on its own network; client matter data processed by the appliance is governed by your written agreement with DilloLex and the firm's own obligations.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide, typically your name, firm, email, phone (optional), practice area, and message. Our hosting and form providers may also log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. Please do not include client names or confidential matter details in the form.

How we use it

We use the information solely to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit, and communicate with you about DilloLex. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the service providers listed below, who process it on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of outside providers to operate this website:

  • Formspree (formspree.io) processes contact form submissions and delivers them to us; information you enter in the form is transmitted to and stored by Formspree.
  • Cloudflare hosts and delivers this site and provides security and bot mitigation; it processes your IP address and request metadata and may set a strictly necessary security cookie.

Fonts are served from this website itself. This site does not load fonts, analytics, or advertising from outside servers.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses only strictly necessary cookies, including a Cloudflare security cookie. We do not use outside advertising trackers or analytics profiling, and we do not sell your information.

Data retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and maintain our business records, then delete it on request.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted by emailing hello@dillolex.com.

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know the categories of personal information we collect (identifiers, professional information, and internet activity), to request access, deletion, or correction, and to opt out.
