Documents, drafts and matter data are the firm’s. We claim no interest in them and no right to use them.
A written data flow description
Delivered before the system goes live, so your carrier can review it.

What we do not do.

—We do not guarantee any outcome, any deadline calculation, or the currency of any legal authority
—We do not review your work product, and we are not a party to your representation
—We do not sell the hardware or set its price; you purchase it separately

Every output of the system is decision support intended for review. The supervising attorney is responsible for reviewing, verifying and approving all work product, for confirming the currency and accuracy of any legal authority, and for all professional and ethical obligations to clients.
